Turning Fire into Light in Times of Change
Something is changing.
Within us.
All around us.
Across the world, people are being called into emotional and spiritual alchemy…transforming pain, anger, and fear into clarity, connection, and peace. This is how fire becomes light.
Alchemizing is turning fire into light.
I am many things:
A mother
A wife
A medium
A writer
A cancer survivor
I am an artist.
And my canvas is the soul.
Sometimes I am the teacher.
I am always the student.
I paint through writing and through my readings…
my work is an invitation
to help people remember the voice of their own soul
and to trust the divine guidance the Universe is always offering.
It reaches us through intuition and prayer,
through meditation, movement, breath,
and through the small, sacred moments we so often overlook.
The voice of true intuition is gentle and clear.
It soothes rather than startles.
It discerns without criticizing.
It never blames, shames, or rushes.
When I do a reading, the words move through me…and it often feels like a love song…
like remembrance,
like something ancient
finally finding its way home.
I help people understand that we do not need permission to awaken.
There is no gatekeeper for consciousness.
No authority that decides when you are “ready.”
We are awakening with every thought and every action.
Every moment we choose love over fear.
Every time we pause instead of react.
Every time we listen, really listen to another human being.
There are seasons in life when we are asked to level up.
Not quietly.
Not comfortably.
And I believe we are in one of those seasons now—
not just individually, but globally.
This planet is being asked to transform.
Not to manage emotions.
Not to suppress reactions.
Not to spiritualize our pain away.
But to transform at the core.
At the deepest level of reality, everything is energy.
Matter is simply its expression.
That means your grief has a frequency.
Your anger carries information.
Your joy is contagious in ways we are only beginning to understand.
Fire is not the enemy.
Fire is raw life force.
Fire is passion, rage, heartbreak, desire, fear.
Fire is what burns when something matters.
But fire left unconscious destroys.
Alchemizing is not about putting the fire out.
It is about changing its nature.
When fire becomes light, it no longer consumes.
It illuminates.
It warms.
It shows the way.
Peace is not passive.
Peace is power that has learned how to breathe.
When you sit in your peace, you change the field around you.
When you choose connection over control, you recalibrate the room.
When you show up grounded, honest, and open-hearted,
you give others permission to do the same.
This is how awakening spreads.
Not through force.
Not through perfection.
But through presence.
We alchemize every time we meet one another without armor.
Every time we let ourselves be seen.
Every time we turn toward love, even when fear is louder.
I am an artist.
And my canvas is the soul.
And so is yours.
We are not here to escape this world.
We are here to illuminate it.
We alchemize.
We always have.
Alchemizing is turning fire into light.
The thoughts we think shape the rhythm of our energy.
Let your higher-soul-self take the lead, guiding the story you tell about yourself.

When Fear Takes the Stage: A Mini Alchemy Practice
When fear takes the stage and the story you tell yourself begins to unravel, try this:
~Press your feet into the ground. Feel the Earth hold you.
~Say your full name aloud, slowly, three times, letting each syllable root you in your own sweet presence.
~Listen to the sound of your breath. Let it remind you that you are alive, here, now.
~Inhale sharply through your nose twice, exhale fully through your mouth—three times. Feel your body remember its rhythm, its strength.
~Give yourself permission to feel, without being consumed by the feelings. Let them move through you like rivers, not walls.
~Feel your connection to all that is…the pulse of life, the hum of the Universe. Your power lives here, in this connection.
~Say, I am a Divinely protected child of the Universe. I am here, I am whole, I am now.
~Now, from this place of grounding, of breath, of presence, retell your story. Let it be a story of soul, clarity, courage, and light.
All your life you have been waiting… And now the time is here. We are all being called upon to shine our brightest light. Where there is confusion know there are answers. Where there is pain show compassion. Where there is darkness beam your light. We are all related one to the other. Open your heart and feel the connection. Shine your light and heal the world.
